Last updated: April 3, 2026

Welcome to AI Against Parkinson's. By using this free service, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the service.

Not Medical Advice

The content provided by AI Against Parkinson's does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Nothing on this website or in our emails should be construed as medical counsel. You must always consult a qualified healthcare professional — a physician, neurologist, or other licensed provider — before making any medical decisions.

Under no circumstances should you delay seeking professional medical advice because of something you read on this site.

Informational Purposes Only

  • All research reports are generated by AI agents and compiled for informational purposes only
  • We do not verify the accuracy of individual research findings beyond general quality assurance of our AI pipeline
  • Research citations are provided so you can read primary sources — we encourage you to do so
  • This service is not affiliated with any medical institution, hospital, or government health agency
  • We are a free, independent research aggregation tool built and maintained by one person

The Service

AI Against Parkinson's is a free daily email newsletter that aggregates publicly available Parkinson's disease research — including clinical trials, medical journal articles, lifestyle studies, and emerging science — and delivers it to your inbox each morning. The service is provided "as is" with no guarantee of continuity, accuracy, or completeness.

Acceptable Use

  • Use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes only
  • Do not resell, redistribute, or republish the research reports without attribution
  • Do not use the service in any way that interferes with its operation or security
  • Do not attempt to extract or harvest subscriber email addresses from our systems
  • Do not misrepresent the source or authorship of the content

Intellectual Property

The AI Against Parkinson's name, logo, and website design are property of Flume SaaS Factory. The research content aggregated in our reports comes from publicly available sources — clinicaltrials.gov, peer-reviewed journals, and public research databases — and is not claimed as our intellectual property.

The software that powers this service (the research agent code) is open source under the MIT License and available on GitHub. You are free to study, modify, and distribute it under the terms of that license.

No Warranty

This service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free; the results obtained from using the service will be accurate or reliable; or the quality of any research content will meet your expectations. You use the service at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Against Parkinson's and its creator(s) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the service. In no event shall our total liability exceed $0, because this is a free service provided without charge.

Third-Party Content

Our reports aggregate content from third-party sources including ClinicalTrials.gov, medical journals, and public research databases. We do not control, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy of any third-party content. Links to external sites are provided for convenience only — clicking them is at your own risk.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after any change constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
